SMS Terms & Conditions
AI Strategies SMS Program

These terms apply to the SMS/MMS messaging program operated by AI Strategies Inc. (AI Strategies or AIS). They do not replace a separate agreement for purchased services.
1. Messages you may receive
With your consent, AIS may send inquiry replies, consultation scheduling and reminders, customer-support messages, and service updates. Marketing and promotional messages are sent only when you separately opt in to marketing texts.
2. Your choice to opt in
You can opt in by entering your phone number on our contact form and selecting the applicable optional SMS consent checkbox. Marketing and non-marketing consent are separate choices. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies based on your requests and selected message types. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
4. Stop messages
Reply STOP to any AIS text to opt out. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. To receive messages again, provide a new opt-in through our contact form.

6. Delivery
Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy for how AIS handles personal information. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Program updates
If these terms change, AIS will post the updated terms here with a revised date. New uses requiring consent will require appropriate consent.
